Partners

To best serve our clients, we have partnered with several companies that provide products and services, such as:

Dell Computers - as a small business partner, we have access to special sales and technical support.  We receive a small discount on our purchases and pass that along to our clients.

Equusc Computers - when a brand name is not for you or priced out of range, a "whitebox" may be the answer.  Equusc is the US largest producer of whitebox computers.  They offer "RTS" - ready to ship and custom builds.  We can normally have a RTS in two business days.  They offer value desktop computers up to powerhouse servers.

CDW, Inc - though known as a large internet based supplier to the end user, they also have business partners that provide a team of experts to guide us through difficult decisions.  They can also supply us printers, networking components, software and supplies.  We also use CDW as our source for Corporate Software Licensing.

Sage Software - we have been installing and supporting BusinessWorks from Sage software since 1986.  More than the entry level Quickbooks and Peachtree, but below the big boys like MAS 90 and Microsoft Dynamics, BusinessWorks Golds fits the mid-tier accounting solution.

Grisoft, Inc. - world-wide solution providers for Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware solutions.  We evaluated all the major players and found that price to performance, Grisoft's AVG is a great value.

EVault (A Seagate company) - online, automated backups.  We have long struggled with backup solutions that work, are cost effective and remove the human element.  E-Vault meets that need.  This is not a toy like AOL X-Drive, but a full service backup via the internet.  Their compression technology makes the backup time reasonable without degrading network performance.

Microsoft - The AICPA worked closely with the Microsoft Team to provide a special program to CPAs.  Though costly, we have access to most Microsoft Software and special Microsoft employees to help us configure and source Microsoft Solutions.

Web.com - this is a NYSE listed web/email host based in Atlanta, GA.  After several failures with low priced hosts, we opted to go with one of the big players.  They offer scalable solutions from shared hosting on a value Linux platform to dedicated servers under our control.

DirectNIC - after surviving the New Orleans flood with Zero down-time, we are confident in our alliance with this domain manager.  While it seems odd that we would choose separate partners for hosting and for domain management, DirectNIC offers several low priced services for domain management.  Currently, we have just over 200 names under our managment.
